I’m Kendra.

I’m a Senior UX Designer and UX Manager for the Amazon Customer Service Design studio.

Fun facts about me… 1) I am super passionate about inclusive design practices (accessibility) 2) I have several years of experience leading research studies and feel confident with both UX and UXR best practices and 3) I have an annoying talent for spotting the tiniest spacing and color inconsistencies.

Outside of work I love hiking with my two pups, rock climbing, mountain biking, speed reading just about anything, and learning new sewing techniques.
